Client Gallery Access
Your finished media is delivered through Pixieset. Start with the direct project link in your delivery email and use the password or download information supplied for that project.

Open and download your project
- Open the project link supplied by UA-Visions.
- Enter the project password if requested. Some projects also have a separate download code or client access details.
- Download the finished files in the sizes and formats included in your agreement. Optional print purchases are separate from included project deliverables.
- Keep your own copies of the delivered files.
Delivery and availability
Typical project turnaround is 3–5 business days, depending on the project. Your delivery schedule, file formats, usage rights, and gallery availability period are confirmed for your project. Larger edits and video work may require a different schedule.
Gallery access is not a permanent archive. Check your delivery email or project agreement for the availability period and download your files promptly. Purchased digital-download links and gallery availability are separate; contact us if a link has expired.
