UA-Visions Product Returns and Refunds

All products are unique and produced only once ordered.  Due to each item being specifically crafted for each individual customer, returns and exchanges are not supported if your order was the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, UA-Visions offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using our contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

In the case of multiple products being damaged or contain production errors, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that UA-Visions will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our us by emailing info@ua-visions.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.

We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Thanks for your patience!
