Bruceton Mills waterfall is the result of a manmade dam right downtown on Mill St.  There is parking riverside off of Mill St.  Pretty big space.
 
The Bruceton Mills Dam includes fishing and boating access to Big Sandy Creek and a shelter. Padlz, a canoe and kayak rental business, offers boat rentals nearby.
