Who is flying the drone?
Our drone aircrafts are flown by experienced, FAA certified and licensed pilots. This ensures the highest level of safety on-site.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $1 million in commercial liability coverage.
What's included?
We offer completely customizable packages that include raw video files of the flight, dramatic photos and more. If you're looking for a custom service, please contact us for a quick and detailed quote.
Where do you fly?
UA-Visions is based in Charleston, West Virginia and serve the surrounding areas such as: Huntington, South Charleston, St. Albans, Parkersburg, Clarksburg. We also love travel projects and are able to send a drone pilot to anywhere in the world!
When will I receive my files?
Depending on the size of your project or event, you'll receive your raw files within 3 business days. If you select a custom quote, we'll discuss a turnaround timeframe before the project gets started.
Can you fly in bad weather?
That depends on the forecast for the day. We love capturing clouds, but want to ensure you get the best shots possible so our pilots may need to reschedule depending on the weather forecast.
What is your experience as a drone pilot?
We have been working as a professional drone pilot for five years. During this time, we have completed numerous projects across various industries, including real estate, construction, aerial photography, and cinematography.
Are you licensed and certified to operate drones commercially?
Yes, we hold a valid commercial drone pilot license issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. We have undergone the necessary training and passed the required exams to obtain this certification.
Can you provide examples of your previous drone work or a portfolio?

What types of drones and equipment do you use?
We utilize industry-leading drones and equipment to ensure high-quality results. Currently, we use DJI drones, such as the Mavic 3 Enterprise with RTK, which is renowned for their stability, image quality, and advanced features.

Absolutely. We stay up to date with all local regulations and laws governing drone operations. This includes knowledge of airspace restrictions, flight limitations, and any permits or authorizations required for specific locations.

Yes, We offer comprehensive post-processing services. We have expertise in video editing, image enhancement, and other post-production techniques to deliver polished and professional final results.

Shipping & Delivery
What type of packaging do you use?
Posters and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers. Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
When will my art arrive?
You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. We typically process in-stock posters, prints and photographs within 24 hours, and framed items within 5-7 business days. See Details.
How do I track my order?
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
Standard shipping on all artwork is offered with free shipping. As our product sizes vary, you will be able to find accurate shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages. If you want your stuff there faster, see Expedited and Overnight shipping cost at checkout.
Is my package insured?
UA-Visions.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you don’t receive. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us by email at info@ua-visions.com.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can deliver packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All inspiration. No perspiration.
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to each item being specifically crafted for each individual customer, returns and exchanges are not supported if your order was the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, UA-Visions offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using our contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Continue Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our us by emailing info@ua-visions.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.
We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Thanks for your patience!
How do I find a specific item from your catalog?
Simply use the filter and sort option located on each page of our shop.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
UA-Visions.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1½").
International Orders
Outside of the United States we ship only to Canada. Orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for UA-Visions.com's free shipping or free returns offers. At-will return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our orders are shipped using UPS. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total. All prices shown are in US dollars and are subject to currency exchange rates.
